Suzanne is your host this time:

Hello ....I cannot believe time is flying past us so quickly and that's it my turn to be hostess again.  I thoroughly enjoyed it last time though I don't look forward to selecting my top 3 ..... you crafty people do make it so hard!   Anyway getting back to the challenge for this fortnight .... as it is something I never have enough of; the fact that it seems to be flying this year; and also as we here in the UK moved our clocks back last weekend ready for the dark winter months - I would like to see your projects inspired by "time", "tick-tock".  I would love to see a "timepiece" on your projects!  I hope you can find "time" (excuse the pun) to join us this fortnight and look forward to visiting your blogs!   My fellow DT's have as usual produced some outstanding pieces to inspire you!

Going Oriental

Well it's fair to say you know how to alter re-purpose and generally give things a new lease of life.  We have had a wonderful time visiting your sites and seeing your inspiring pieces thank you for sharing with us.

To make the most of your chances of winning please check our rules as we do check your blogs.

Our sponsor this fortnight is Tanda Stamps manufactures of un-mounted rubber stamps in a range of styles to suit every taste.

It's my (Zoe) turn this fortnight to invite you to share your art and craft with us.   Oriental was a few years back all the rage and is still popular now.  Knowing that most of us have all those lovely stamps and embellishments tucked away thought I'd give you a good excuse to get them out and have a play.    Make anything that appeals to you provided it is clearly oriental in inspiration it will fit here.

Alter it

Thank you for sharing so many wonderful childhood memories with us, you shared lovely precious projects with us.   Unfortunately quite a few included Digi artwork although for our last challenge Maria expressly asked for No Digis.   Those entries will not be eligible for our random draw or top three.

To make the most of your chances of winning please check our rules as we do check your blogs.

On to this fortnight and lots of good fun things.   Our sponsor this time is Stamp Addicts who are offering £10 to one lucky winner of the random draw.

Here is Julia your hostess this fortnight - Hello everyone, well to say I finally uploaded my DT sample for this fortnightly right at the very last minute is an understatement!  My daughter got married over the last weekend and everything in our household has been chaotic to say the least, we also picked up a new puppy on Sunday, the day after the wedding.  I think the moral of the story here is 'I don't do things the easy way' lol.
Anyway back to all things crafty, I chose this theme for my challenge as I really love to alter things, and I have recently got into wall hangings (thanks Maria), and home d├ęcor.  My intention was to be really clever and show off altering one of the many things I have in my 'things to alter later'  drawer, which is overflowing.  Because of my current chaotic way of life, I left it to the eleventh hour, ran out of mojo and ended up using a bit of chipboard.  So sorry everyone if this isn't my finest hour.  You can feel free to alter anything you like, be it doing a bit of recycling, altering something wooden or plastic, just let your imagination flow, just sorry mine didn't!  I am pleased to say that the rest of the DT team didn't let me down and have produced some amazing samples, I am sure they would love you to visit their blogs to take a sneaky peak.  Have fun!
